We’re sorry that you’re not satisfied with your purchase from Eye Wear You. If you're not happy with your sunglasses, you can return them within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Please note that the customer is responsible for providing return shipping. This means you’ll need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours.

• UK Orders: We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked and Signed, meaning your order should arrive within 48 hours.
• EU Orders: For orders within the EU, we use Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery typically takes between 2 to 11 days.
• International Orders: For international deliveries, we also use Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery times range from 3 to 17 days.
